Scoutabout 2017

Please let District know, if you have not already:
1) When you will arrive to set up
2) What mess tentage you will bring
3) What food allergies and dietary restrictions you may have
Groups will need to provide
  • Mess tentage, seating and tables for their young people,
  • tentage for their young people and adults. 
  • Equipment and staffing for their own activities,
  • Sufficient lighting for later in the evening.

District will provide the catering: the kitchen tent (NOT the mess tent) where the food is prepared, and equipment for the kitchen/catering operation, which will be overseen by Karen (ADC Cubs) and her team.

Which pitch we have, is not yet known to me, but when it is, I will ensure you know. It will be a pitch allowing MAINS electricity in order to drive fridges for catering outdoors in high summer for 160+ people.
